Covello works through a private, considered process designed to ensure each commission receives focused attention, exceptional craftsmanship, and discretion at every stage. We work with a limited number of clients each year to protect the integrity of the experience and the quality of our work.
The Private Process
1. Private Inquiry
Clients begin by submitting a brief inquiry through our website. Each request is personally reviewed to ensure alignment with our availability, approach, and scope of work.
Not all inquiries can be accommodated.
2. Consultation Invitation
If aligned, you will receive a private invitation to schedule a design consultation.
Consultations are held by appointment only and require a $500 consultation fee, which reflects design expertise and time. This fee is required to reserve availability and initiate the design discussion. The fee is placed directly towards final commission.
3. Design Consultation
The consultation is a focused conversation intended to understand:

This conversation allows both parties to determine whether Covello is the right fit for the commission.
4. Design Proposal
Following the consultation, a refined proposal is prepared outlining:

A deposit is required to proceed with creation.
5. Creation
Each piece is crafted with care and precision by trusted workshops using responsibly sourced materials. Updates are shared at key milestones throughout the creation process.
6. Presentation
Completed pieces are presented privately or delivered via insured shipment, handled with discretion and care.
Covello’s process is intentionally unhurried, personal, and selective. This structure allows us to create pieces that are meant to be worn, lived in, and passed on.
